These terms apply to this website, run by MaiSolutions. The game Keystroker is sold and delivered through Steam; buying and installing it are governed by the Steam Subscriber Agreement.

2. Using the website

You may use this website and its playable demo free of charge for personal purposes. Do not disrupt it, attack it or try to access it in ways it is not meant to be accessed.

3. Playing fair

Keystroker is a game between people who invited each other. Do not cheat, use automated input or exploit bugs to gain an advantage, and do not choose player names that insult or impersonate others. We may end matches or block connections that break these rules.

4. Content and trademarks

The texts, pictures, videos and the game on this website are protected by copyright. Keystroker and its logo belong to MaiSolutions. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation. You may share screenshots and videos of the game, including in streams and videos you earn money with.

5. Liability

The website and the demo are provided as they are. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under the German Product Liability Act; otherwise only for breaches of essential obligations, limited to the damage typically foreseeable.

6. Final provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of the country you live in remain unaffected.
